You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for standard handmade products from quidralosruxix. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Standard handmade products from quidralosruxix can be returned if they are unused, in original condition, in original packaging with all accessories, and free from damage or signs of wear.
Custom-made or personalized items from quidralosruxix cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review custom order details carefully before approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by quidralosruxix. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, quidralosruxix will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
